great site found it most helpful with all my little problems!

just would like to know what plaster is used after a dpc has been applied from the outside of the building?

i want to buy a house thats for sale the agent told us the dpc has been done but they have not replastered inside and i must say it is in quite a mess in places! and still feels damp do you have to seal it off with something first?
would i be able to take off the plaster and seal it ready for someone to come and plaster it properly? any info would be most helpful many thanks T Laughing

4&1 sand & cement with a water proofer additive, just chop off the old plaster, do not seal.
