many years ago i would watch my dad heat metal (on a gas hob) then shape and cool in differenmt ways, to achive hardness or springy etc. I have with my own kids occasionally wanted to do similar but couldn't remember the coulors and cooling treatments, can anyone tell me or put me onto website chart etc.
