Can anyone tell me how to fix a hanging basket to the outside of a UPVC conservatory please?

A couple of self tapping (sp) screws through the brackets ... Buuuut be careful not to overload the brackets/baskets.

I would say are you really sure you want to do that? since once its done it will look ok, but when the basket / its bracket rots / fails you may end up with a couple of holes in your conservatory you wish were not there, lucky for us ours was on a brick wall.

How about
