Had a revisited to a new build house today, finished about a months ago.
Not even the same shape, let alone same colour scratch

And now....

There is about 400mm gap between the side of the shed, and the fence.
But when laying the timber base, they must have measured the shed, and not taken into account the overhang on the roof Laughing Laughing

Then theres the fence, but thats another story Laughing Should be back there again at some point, will get a pic of it Laughing

There was about 400mm between it and the shed, moving it left 25mm wouldnt have been a concern Laughing

Of course they should have cut through the support not the shed roof, now that would have been very funny

Been back there today...

The fence on the left of the pic is vertical, the panel on the left is part of a run about 7 or 8 panels....

Instead of stepping them down the slope, they just put the posts in and panels on the the p*ss Laughing Laughing

The customer also had some extra works done, no pics, slabs laid on mud.... steps higher one side than the other... 2 different types of slab.... its a right mess!
She was telling us the chippy is coming back tommorow, to repalce a piece of kitchen worktop... whaich has a huge split in it Shocked

Still, could be worse... the house opposite, had 30 pages of snagging!!

The one to the right, has a damp problem, their wardrobes are going mouldy.... Rolling Eyes

Not bad for 400k+ Thumbright Confused

The support batten inside the fence panel looks p*ssed as well scratch

So who are the builders carrying out this super work?
