good to see common sense has final landed in the UK, it was a disgrace that it even had to get to court!

if only common sense would be used more maybe the country wouldnt be in the state its in

Missed the news, so I guess feva that they are allowed to stay in the country, good thing too, really good result, they really deserve the recognition after the sacrifices they have made for all of us :thumbright:

apparently it is not that clear cut.

They have won the right to appeal to stay, not to actually stay :roll:

Let's hope the same judge hears the next stage of the process :thumbright:
