Nothing changes with them. Customer bought 4 rolls and best she could manage was 2 different batches. Out of 7 in stock 2 of one 2 of another and then oddments.

A combination of returned rolls and idleness on B&Qs part makes it a nightmare for the tradesman wanting to buy a room lot.

With some careful planning I made the best of the odd batches but just to make things worse one roll has a dirty brown mark down one seam.

I wonder if the same person that gives refunds and puts the unused rolls back on display is the same person that smilingly asks "have you checked your batches are the same?" at the checkout.

In my experience the sheds don't give a monkeys about this kind of thing and are best avoided for paper ::b Independents are much more reliable, but it's something everyone needs to keep an eye open for.

Shop says it the customers responsibility, customer says it's the shops responsibility, and both blame the decorator if there are different batches. :wtf:
