Hello all,
The name says it all. Handy...ish. Keen tiler of which I have done a fair amount, have fitted skirting boards, a bit of paving, tons of painting, some fencing, shed erection, coving and probably stuff I have forgotten.
Rank amateur who knows when to call in professional help, but I like to save money and get satisfaction out of a job well(ish) done by myself.
Recently moved and dusting off the tools! So happy to give advice and of course will have plenty of questions over the coming months.
I work in telecoms which doesn't really help my handyman exploits. Loctions South Bucks.

Thank you all for the welcome.
I guess a number of us have a busy weekend coming up. For all those tackling a job or two good luck. I've just had all my pendant light fittings removed and spots put in, I've got fill the holes left behind, there's a day gone! (ok I'm slow)
