Hi,

I'm trying to find out where to buy Gary blocks. These are rubber blocks impregnated with something (diamond?) which allows you to polish metal.

The closest I can find is this:

http://www.abrasivesformetal.co.uk/Rubb ... locks.aspx

Which go from grade 30 to 240. Is that P30 to P240? If so I think that is more coarse than the ones I have used before, which probably started around P240.

Anyone have any other sources for these blocks?

Thanks,
David.

Forgot to say, Axminster Powertools do them, amongst many other places.

Thanks for all your replies. With 'Garryflex' I was able to locate a number of sources, including Axminster. These match the ones I've used before. I'm using them in the final stages of tuning up woodworking bench planes.
