Just completed this garage conversion. The client wants it as a playroom for their 2 kids. Flooring is Quickstep laminate in White Ash.

Bloody hell, that's a small garage!

Couldn't even have got a Smart Car in there!

It's about 5m x 2.2m, it was a double garage (with 2 single doors) that we split in half, so they've still got a single garage next to it.

Radiator and window are about 1800mm wide and the door is 33" wide.

Nice work,personally i think it's a reasonable size for kids to play in :thumbright: albiet it does grate on me when man space gets eaten up for other uses :lol:
