You Give The Background Couple Coats Of Pva Leave To Dry.?
Put The First Coat On Starting From Top Left To Right If Your Right Handed And The Opposite For Left Handers.?
Leave To Firm Up A Bit.?
Put Second Coat On?
Trowel Out.?
Wet Trowel?
Dry Trowel.?

Some Help And Tips Would Be Most Helpful.
