I have dug down 800mm to a clay bed and want to get the concrete barrowed in but not sure if i can with water (approx 100 mm deep) the foundation trench.

I think builders usually pump it out before pouring concrete

Is the clay bed load bearing?

you have to pump it out so BCO can see if the trench floor is fit for the concrete pour.you can pour on a wet surface but noy into 100mm of water.
