If you live out of a city farmers will often take reasonable quality top soil. If they are 'in need of some' they will take it FOC if not you would just need to pay them a nominal ammount for their time (to collect it). They will use it to fill hollows in their fields etc. Same goes for rubble. Unlikely they'd want big chunks of concrete but if its broken up to brick size or less they will use it to firm up the ground in field gateways that otherwise gets churned to mud by their tractors when the ground is wet.

Update Guys and Girls...

Had a price for the man with mini digger to dig everything out to the Drawings/plans and remove all the soil and clay and anything else he finds for what i think is a good price, advice earlier in this thread suggested at least 40 Tonne will come out from the measurements i gave.....

And the price is £1,000, i think this is reasonable considering :dunno: :dunno: :dunno:

Please note this is a price from a mate

Thank you

I'd say that's a very good price.
