Greetings all

I have been patiently scouring the net for a rather decent forum on which to post my first major DIY task. I noted on here, a wonderful collection of insightful members providing some good sound advice with DIY-ers very happy. So here goes, ... query regarding CH flush...

I have read the articles on this forum for general advice but need advice specific to my system please:-

I know very little about central heating and learning as I read, suffice to say I am aware that my house was built in 2008, has a Sealed System comprising of Boiler (Potterton Promax SL) and timer in the kitchen, a single room stat in the hallway, and in the small bedroom upstairs, in a cabinet, rests the Hotwater tank, mains filling point, pump, pressure gauge, expansion tank and two zone valves (CH and Hot Water), and the mains input cold water shut-off tap (there are no other shutoffs in the property - strange that this is upstairs??); and of course pipework. I'm not sure where the air vents are but all I have ever had to do is fill the system with water using the filler point.

I want to flush the system as it has never been powerflushed/flushed/drained. The rads seem to work fine, there is a TRV (Honeywell VT15) on each rad bar one in the hallway.

I have no idea which rad is "the first" and which is "last"

The rad in the kitchen has a drain point on, with easy access to external drainage.

The property is a 3-storey town house, there are 10 rads in all, 5 are half the size of the other 5.

1.How do i introduce the flush chemical into the system ?
2.How much chemical?
3.Where / what do I need to undo/cap off to do this?
4.Do I need to drain the system?
5.What procedure should I follow?
6.Same as 1 and 2 but for Inhibitor?
7.What to do after the flush?

Thanks in advance.

I have just seen the two vids on this site,

Bleeding
http://www.ultimatehandyman.co.uk/video/how-to-drain-down-a-central-heating-system-video_61c2f73fe.html

Adding inhibitor
http://www.ultimatehandyman.co.uk/video/how-to-add-inhibitor-to-a-central-heating-system-video_309aa30f7.html

So i guess I just need help with any specifics I need to be aware of with my system. The draining video mentions that some boilers will not work if water is drained , for example.

Anything I need to be aware of?

PLEASE
