 Post subject: fitting shower

I was just wondering if anyone has found it as difficult as i am to get someone to fit an electric shower i have phoned 7 or 8 people they have all given me the time they will come out to look at job but none of them have even turned up could it be because i am buying the shower and just want them to fit it i live in sunderland north east uk has anyone had the same problem thanks

A little bit about the job would be handy, and whom are you asking.

Electric showers have to be certified, so try phoning a couple of electricians.

Most plumbers wouldn't be able to do the job 100%.

well it s not very complicated i informed them i would supply the shower just wanted them to fit it electric and plumbing and there had not been a shower there before so it had to be from scratch and they were al advertising as bathroom and shower fitters they all gave a time to see the job but not a soul turned up

As above I would phone a couple of sparkies, and ask if they can doitall.
