Have installed the latest 'full release' of Firefox 7
It seems very fractionally faster than Ff v6.1
All my Addons except the Java console work.

You will find that the urls have been shortened slightly as it does not now display the 'http://' before the www.
It does, however show 'https://' (with the 's') when on a secure site, which i think is better as, when banking etc a quick glance at the address bar and if it shows the full url it is secure. As well as the long green name banner at the start of the address.

Thanks Dave, think mine updated it last night, I'll have a peak later.

Is Java needed for anything now.

It's the Java Console that will not work and it is of no use whatsoever. But almost impossible to remove from the list of addons so I just leave it as it is marked 'Disabled'.
In the Plugins, Java is showing as being there.

I updated mine.

I like it more. Did not know about the 'http://' being removed until I read it on here.

Hi Paul,
If you want the http:// to show it is a simple few clicks to get it back.
Say so and I will walk you through it.
