I have a pot of the toupret lightweight ready mix in work..its the best one I have used by far..

Although their products are more expensive they just seem to be just that bit better than any of their rivals..

never got on with ready mixed fillers, like one i can sand down easy and know it wont grin on me,
Fitzy shame you haven't got one of my local mercents near you zinsser ready patch was 99p a pot, apparently never sells.

Nearly picked up a tub of 'Fantastic' today but stuck with 'Easy 1' instead, now you're making me wonder if I should have given it a try

Well I like the Easy 1 a lot and would only change it over if the retailer doesn't require a detour. I find the Fantastic is better in that it is noticeably quicker to use; filling dips and dents never seems to go wrong; it is not as stiff and is non slumping. It can clog sandpaper a bit quicker, but I don't find it a real issue as most areas are just are given a precautionary denib rather than a proper sand.
