Hey folks,

just wondering if anyone here can advise on this..

we moved into a new flat a couple of months ago and it hasn't been until now that we've needed to turn the heating on.

The warm water works fine.. you turn on the hot tap, the boiler fires up and warm water comes out.

I cannot figure out the heating though.

I've managed to get it to come on a couple of times by pressing the reset button repeatedly (I think this puts it into test mode or something?), so it definitely "works", but when you do this it only stays on for a bit then goes off again.

We have a thermostat in the hall as well, not really sure what it should be set to, but it doesn't seem to make much difference..

It's a Ferroli Boiler, I can't find a Model number on it but it looks like one of the Combi ones on their website.

It's probably something really simple, so any advice would be super 'cause it's starting to get cold!

Thanks.
