How can i change the order in my favourite page 
i.e. alphabetical order or my choices.

just click on the star for favourites, and the list comes up, then click on one you want to move, and with the mouse button still pressed down, you can move it around and then release the mouse button when it is in the place you want - repeat as much as you like
