ive never used it, but once you have put a coat on, once thats dryed can you then paint the wall with what ever colour you want?
is that better to used on fresh plaster or supermatt? |

Hi feva, I would use super matt as a primer, Fast matt has vinyl in it, so therefore no good as a mist coat.
It will take anything over it, but not suitible as a first coat on new plaster, fine, if dry in depth.  |
