Contact Facebook admin and make a request. This is the only way I know of.

'Account' - 'Help Centre' (on the right - top subject "how do I close my account")

i went on facebook to look at a shed off all things
i didnt want to use facebook for conversing but off course before you know it everybody want to connect
i wanted to fully close the account the only way to do it was to log in and go through the procedure
they hold the account open for 2 weeks if you want to cancel you do not log in for 2 weeks very difficult iff you accidently click on a link that takes you to facebook it cancels the termination and you need to start again
