hi i have an extract fan in my bathroom and en-suite i was wondering if i have to have one in my downstairs toilet even though i have an opening window. may be i dont need one but do you know if the building regs require one ::b thanks

No need for fan if you have an open window. However getting one in is worth it if it is easy enough to do. :-)
