so at some friends house and they said they had a problem with there hot water tap, not at all a plumber. electrcian by trade.
so here goes there hot water tap when you turn it on is hot for about 2 seconds then cold.
any ideas of what it could be i really dont have any more info then that at the moment im afraid.

need more to go on, is it a mixer or seperate taps, do all the other hot taps work, what heats the water ? :scratch:
