Can anyone recommend a domain reseller account?
I've got about 10 domain names that I would like for each to have it's own mini-site (say 2-3pages).
Don't want a freebie as they re-direct and my existing provider (I would recommend them wiserhosting.com) doesn't provide this sort of service.

I used to have this kind of account with DSVR - they have various packages from a limited number of domains to unlimited.
Their service has been pretty good - only reason I stopped using them is that I decided to get out of the hosting business.

Downside of the typical reseller account is that you are responsible for a large amount of the system in terms of configuration, and if all you want is to put up some web pages and are not into domain hosting and web design/maintenance as a business or at least as a significant personal interest it can be a PITA.

An alternative is to have masked forwarding, where you redirect each domain to your "master" site and its unique page on that site. If you are talking about just 2-3 pages for each domain, then that would be a very cost effective way of acheiving this.
I have a hosting account with fasthosts and my domains are all held by UKReg. The UKReg control panel allows you to redirect multiple pages and multiple email addresses to another location and mask it so it appears to the user they are still on the original domain.
So I have a couple of domains that seem to be on their own site, but in reality are on another one, with their own pages.

Hi,
I deal with 4uhosting.co.uk. They do advanced packages for up to six domains, but you can add more as required.

Cheers,
abz.

Hoovie
I def do not want masking as I understand it the search engines don't like it. I have a little experience with hosting & design and do actually find it quite interesting.
I can redirect the domain names anywhere at the moment but really do want to use the actual domain names, i'll have a look at dsvr (seems they were bought out by Thus and thusly do not seem to do reseller accounts?)
Bazm
4uhosting site is down an the mo (for essential work) doesn't bode particularly well?

I knew DSVR were bought by Legend - did not know Legend were bought by Thus!

Looks like it is the Demon brand has taken on the DSVR Virtual Server business ...
Virtual Server Hosting

This is the equivalent of the account I had on DSVR
Virtual Server Hosting - DVS500 - Now allows for upto 60 Domains on the Account

They have a free suck it and see test trial offer for a month with up to 5 domains on the server - DVS20

I thought another company doing similar Domain Reseller hosting was fasthosts but looking at their website now, I can't see the option any more scratch

4uhosting is back up.
£70 a year for hosting up to 8 domains seems pretty good.
