Take a look at this (BTW the video takes a few seconds to come up) and see what you make of it. Personally I wouldn't want to be within a hundred metres of the guy at any time.......

Now if he'd been wearing a high viz it would have been OK - and I personally think he should have a high viz and flashing light superglued to him as a warning to others ::b

I was reading about that in the paper, he is not a builder, and doesn't claim he is, it was all diy, so to say " Dodgt builder?" is not right.

I heard that he was being paid to do the work for a client (who was doing the video) - so not DIY
