Hi folks

I'm in a rented property & have a bathroom that has been tiled floor to ceiling with white tiles, only been up couple years & still look fine .. so no problem there.
The problem is, dotted around is a pattern tile that looks pretty naff ... Is there a way of disguising the pattern on these odd tiles by painting perhaps ??

hello CN you can paint tiles. You need to prime the tile with a propietry tile primer, you may be able to get these from the sheds and you can def get it from Brewers DDC etc. make sure you follow the instructions on the tin as it tells you about cleaning the tile and painting. you can finish of to suit. Oilbase would be my prefered choice being a bathroom although others may advocate something else. Dont really like painting tiles as it gen looks pretty naff Sad but for one or two dotted about you can make them look quite good and get quite arty with it. paintycait may be able to give advice from that side of things. As an alternative there are a few places not a million miles from you that supply an adhesive sticker for tiles to change their appearance  good luck mate Thumbright
