its very good with loads of torque. Only downside is the size and weight of the battery. _________________ Go on, adopt a greyhound http://www.dgrescue.org.uk/ .......................................................................... |

I'd agree the amount of torque on this drill is amazing, drilling a 25mm hole with a flat bit is so quick!
Can be a lifesaver on the awkward limited space situations!
Of course the batteries are heavy, its a dewalt 18v one!! _________________ www.hintonheating.com

yep i agree with all above comment realy good power as good as any hammer drill without the hammer
small complaints are with bigger fingers like mine holding the back ring on chuck is a bit awkward as is the reverse button the large trigger is great but needs more of a concious effort to let go as the only finger NOT on it is the trigger finger
but these arnt critisisms as to make the easier to use would increase the size
one thing that would have been realy usefull would have been the ability of the base to rotate to allow the battery to present the thinner profile for realy small gaps
payed £73 naked from [£53 plus vat]

the change of direction button is a bit of a pain as well, and it would be nice if it had torque control. But at £70 odd on ebay, i can put up with it. _________________ Go on, adopt a greyhound http://www.dgrescue.org.uk/ .......................................................................... |
