Someone rode their bike into my Micra's door and have left a dent, how do i bang it out?

can you take a picture :dunno:

suction or gentle pushing from behind

is it creased/dented or smooth but the wrong way round ??

Is it a dent? or creased, deep, shallow....

If a suction cup wont pull it out, its a case of removing the door card, the membrane.....

Could be a job for a paintless dent removal man.
