I hope this is the right section,my decking as been down for about 4 years now and I oil it in the spring and in the autumn,but this year,(whether its weather related) it looks all dull and as if it is dirty all the time is there any thing to clean it with or is it best to get the pressure washer out and give it a good blast and then oil again.
