I've just completed constructing decking in my garden and wish to add some lights. Ideally I'd like recessed lights, about 10 f them in white and want them mains supplied with 2 in the front of the step. The decking area is 8ft wide by ft long.

I have found kits on line but the cables aren't long enough between the lights.

Can i complete this using a kit or do I have to buy singly?

I'm not sure of the best way of doing this.

Have a look at TLC online amongst others.

Most decking lights I have seen are only 12v, not mains (You said you want them mains supplied)

If you find a "kit" you like the look of why not extend the cable between the lights?
Suitable cable, (same size or bigger) solder, soldering iron, heat shrink sleeving. Done.
