Happy new year everybody, I was wondering if anyone has fitted any daylight fluorescent tubes in their houses? I work from home and have been suffering from poor light conditions and eye strain for a while.
Did some research and think daylight type bulbs will help, but can anyone recommend any decent fittings to use with some T5 type bulbs?
Anyone else had any experience in this? also fitting wise my lighting circuit doesnt have any earth wiring and guess will use some type of connector to extend wiring. anyone else got any advice on this?
