I've just discovered a problem in my spare bedroom after this morning's downpour. The room affected is the left hand side and that side of the partition wall with the other room. I've recently lined and painted the other room and that side of the wall is dry so not sure what's going on.

Possible leaking pipe??

Hope you can help me.

Cheers
Krispy

I'd be checking the roof of that dormer.

I,d agree with the above statment andge the roof checked ,, if it was a leaking pipe there would be a costant wet patch not just after a down pour
hope that helps :salute:

Just spoke to a builder friend of mine and either a leak in the dormer roof or (more probably) a loose tile. Been windy up north lately!!

Cheers chaps.
