Hi all,

RE: the photo's attached - in my lounge (ground floor) I have damp patches on all of my wallpaper joins. The wallpaper was put up in February 2018 and these patches have been here pretty much ever since, never getting worse or better.

Is this damp or a decorating issue?

It seems suspiciously contained to just the wallpaper joins but maybe that's what is to be expected?

It doesn't seem to make any difference whether the wall is has an external face or whether it is entirely internal.

Any advice very welcome.

AY
