I could not find any info on google. Please help.

Making a toilet / shower room upstairs.

The floor is a solid concrete. Precast? I don't know. 50's house.

Am I allowed to cut/drill and bury waste pipes in the concrete floor.
I would cut a channel for the 100mm toilet waste and run to the external wall.

I am not sure how thick is the concrete floor.

Is this OK or not?

You need a structural engineer to tell you if its OK, but I very much doubt you could cut a 100mm (plus to allow for covering) without seriously damaging the floor and making it unsafe. You'd also have to worry about weakening fire spread prevention, particularly if its a firs floor flat with someone else below.

Unless you get a written confirmation from a suitably qualified engineer, don't do it.
