For no apparent reason my Ch system is losing pressure ,noisy and the rads are only luke warm even after bleeding
symptoms
The pressurised ex vessel loses water pressure even after charge up to correct limit.
There is is loss of water thro the tun dish and to the over flow pipe. This is not unusal as I normally have drain the entire system once a year and its coming up for its annual drain.
the whole system inc the WSP pump is nosiy
system
ideal mexico 2 gas non condensing

1st of all can the mexico go on a sealed system? maybe it can!
Which expansion vessel is lossing presure? the white or the red?
Why do you drain the system? which sytem, the rads, or the hot water?
Is the boiler PRV also routed into the tundish?
If your pumping up the red expansion vessel, and its loosing air, i'm guessing its loosing it into the system, casuing your nosie & air problems.
The boiler/rad system PRV is dischaging as the expansion isn't being talen up by the faulty expansion vessl, the diaphragm is spilt. _________________ www.hintonheating.com

1..yes
2..red
3..Th Hw cos the instrcution say that if the system discharges cold water thro the tundish to completely drain of HWand refill , this usually prevents water loss for about 6-12 months
4..yes
5. think your right
6..which diaphrapm . this sounds like i require a corgi heating engineer to fix what do you think |

the diaphagm is within the expansion vessel, and stops the water & air mixing.
If you press the center of the air valve, does water come out? If so you definatly need a new expansion vessel.
Its ok to drain & refill the unvented cylinder of hot water on an annual basis... just dont do this with a heating system! _________________ www.hintonheating.com

the air valve is on the opposite side to the pipe, and is the same as a car tyre valve.
You need to drain/depressurise radiatior system, then pump up air side of red expansion vessel to 1bar (with the drain off still open!)
then refill system _________________ www.hintonheating.com
