we built a conservatory for a coustomer recently. when we fitted the poly carbonate roof we used the supplied plastic parts with sticky pads on top and bottom. the conservatory is now completed but there is an occasional loud crack sound. quite intermitent from what i can gather. anyone come across this before? (we dont do many conservatorys) i thought perhaps it could do with trickle vents fitting as there is no ventilation if the windows are closed.

conservatory is of a lean to type construction if that helps. also it doesnt get a huge amount of sun on it.
