Hi
I have a utility room (attached to house) that is of single brick construction, has double glazed windows and a concrete roof (with felt top layer). Inside the room it is bare painted brick and the concrete ceiling has been painted too. As with all rooms like this, it is really warm on hot days and freezing cold in the winter.
Insulating the walls is a fair amount of work so we have toyed with the idea of getting quotes for a warm deck roof to be installed over the existing.
Right way to go to try and keep a bit of heat in? Any advice is great
