I have the old concord WRS 255a conventional boiler but the issue is that whenever the hot water is supposed to come on, the radiators heat up too, and vice versa. I suspect it is a flow valve problem but need advise please. I replaced the controller too but same issue. Also, I would like to know how the "valve" knows which way to send the hot water (rads or taps) as seems that all the pump had to go on is whether it has live power or not from the wall mounted controller. Any help would be much appreciated.
