I've heard plumbers call various types of Yorkshire/ End feed fittings by a number such as No9, No65 etc. Just for interest, I was wondering if anyone knew of where i can find information relating to the fitting with the designated number.Thanks.

Popular fittings are. YPS = solder ring, N = endfeed both have the same numbers.

No 1 socket, 1r external pipe reducer, 2 female iron x copper, 3 male ditto, 6 fitting reducer, 12 elbow, 12s street elbow, 21 45% elbow, 21s street ditto, 22 partial crossover, 23 full crossover, 24 equal tee, 25 branch reduced, 26 end reduced, 27 branch and end reduced, 28 both ends reduced, 29 1/2" on the end for draincock etc, 30 diito in the center, 62 straight tap connector, 63 ditto bent.

Conex compression.

301 straight connector
302 male iron coupling
303 female ditto
401 elbow
402 male iron elbow
403 female diito
601 tee
