Hi,

Can anybody tell me if i can drill into cast iron to put a waste from mascerator.
Is there a self cutting tool or something.

A standard hole saw will cut cast iron. I recently used the Screwfix type and they worked.

I recently drilled through a RSJ using a standard holesaw... took a while, but got there in the end!

CI is self lubricating aswell, a smaller pilot before the holesaw centre drill makes life easier too.
