Hi all, I was lucky enough today to work with some cast iron - specifically a 3 or 3.5" soil stack with a leaking strap on boss.

The builder who thought he was a plumber decided to use a 110mm boss which he cunningly packed out with laminate flooring wedges, with lashings of silicone to "finish the job off".

Plumbcentre gave me a 100mm (4"ish) CI boss to try, but this is way too big. The pipe is 3" possibly 3.5". I can't seem to find one anywhere. Any ideas? Really don't fancy cutting the whole thing down just for this, as it will also involve dismantling a conservatory roof for access.

You need the exact OD size, wrap a length of string around the pipe and divide it by 3.142
