Ive just purchased my insurance through Quidco, how long is it before it shows up in your earnings?
It was the same price that i could find without using quidco but apparently ill get £65 cashback, so they say.
But there is nothing showing up in my earnings |

It will take a while - between 2 to 3 months for the insurance ones. Which insurance company did you do with? _________________ I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"
She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose. |

Just looked at my Insurance transactions ....
The Car Insurance with the Pru I took out on 17 March and go the money 1st June - so 2 full months
The House Insurance with Lloyds TSB I tookout on 31st Jan and got the money 31st March - so 2 full month as well
Money at quidco always paid out end of the month they receive it in.
for your transactions, there are different statuses and if you did the insurance today, you should see the first status by tomorrow
from quidco - http://www.quidco.com/help/8/
What do the different transaction statuses mean?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The status in the earnings report is an indicator of where your transaction is.
Tracked
The merchant has tracked your transaction but not yet validated it.
Tracked*
Same as above except this merchant will not explicitly validate your transaction. Unless it is denied, this transaction will next change to received when payment is received from the merchant.
Added
Cashback has been manually added to your account (usually after a successful enquiry).
Validated
The merchant has confirmed they will pay cashback on your transaction.
Declined
The merchant will not pay cashback on your transaction.
Received
We have received payment from the merchant for your transaction.
Paid
Your PayPal account has been credited. _________________ I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"

NP - and don't forget ... if nothing at all shows up within a few days, cancel and try again!! (use the distance selling regs - right to cancel within 7 days without having to give any reasons ) _________________ I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"

an intentional bump to this post as some newcomers may not have read it.
just to say that "QUIDCO" is still working well for me. just had to find buildings insurance for the year.
found the best price i could of £77 and went through Quidco. i now have the £35 logged in my account as they offered.
that makes the whole years insurance a total of £42 |
