Sarcasm on

Thankyou soooo much for that informative post

As a result I have decided not to do anything myself, ever; apart from google the services I need...

I have now employed a Chef, Housemaid, Cleaner and Gardener... next time I need a light bulb changing I expect I shall employ an Electrician...

At what point did you fail to notice that this was for fun and because it's a one off bespoke

Tardis ???

   Sarcasm off

I bet you can't hear the bell in "polar express."

I only posted the link as a matter of interest. I only looked for them as I was hoping it would show how much they cost, so It could be seen how much you had saved. But if you want to be sarcastic ...............

Blimey wine~o - that's brilliant. Reminds me of a mate of mine as he built a guard's hut (like the ones you see at Buck House) just for the fun of it. Like your Tardis it was brilliant. (His wife used to stand in it having a fag when it was raining.

He also made a barbecue that looked a but like Stephenson's Rocket and a very intricate front door canopy. Sadly, he moved to America nearly ten years ago so I don't get to see his wonderful creations any more.

Hmmm have I fallen foul of regs though

"Garden sheds, greenhouses and other buildings
Planning permission is not required provided that:
1. The shed / greenhouse / building is used for domestic purposes only.
2. The ground area covered by the shed/greenhouse/building and any other buildings within the boundary of the property, excluding the original house, is not more than half the total area of the property.
3. No part of the shed / greenhouse / building is in front of the principal or side elevation of the original house that faces onto a road."

No 3 ??? as it's in the front garden ?

Doorbell rang yesterday... answered to find a bloke asking where I'd bought it  ...because his Mrs. wanted one.

Told him it was hand made and that I wouldn't make another in Verwood. But told him he could make one and pointed him towards "the Tardis builders forum"
