Bought a couple of tubs of Bal white star to tile my bathroom and now the missus has chosen 310 x 450mm tiles

I know the general rule is bagged addy only for anything over 300mm x 300mm but can you get away with using white star if you allow extra drying time before grouting?

Tiles are going on new plasterboard.

Thanks - my thoughts exactly upon reflection.
Just got 3 bags of the good stuff, just got to rip out the old tiles now!
