"temperature sound and light"
you need basics like insulation window type and size
insulation type on all areas
construction materials
place the building is in the world
accoustic insulation how much and where

you need perhaps 50 reference points to have a chance

JJ, Thermal: you can invent some numbers for this thermal web help http://is.gd/wOjC92
Sound having had to do test flights with sound recording equipment on board and having had a local community Hall tested with sound measuring equipment, I know of no equations for this factor.
Illumination, again difficult, factors would include natural light, type of work space ie kitchen or bedroom, height of ceilings, background colours, type of surfaces eg reflective or not, type of lighting.
If it is such a short notice assignment then you cannot be expected to give a degree level answer.

No, that is NOT the question as there is no 'meaning' to it. What, precisely, does the question actually say?
