Bye the way i forgot to say hi to everyone.
My names Richie from Bucks i am a very old weary 42 year old general builder. But i try not to complain to much lol, i noticed you have a grumpy
lounge you will find me in there quite a lot me thinks.

hello all
can someone please help me. I am building a new house, and I havent got a clue about building. The builder ( he was a very good friend) who was doing it for me recently died and i am having to find new tradesman to do the work. The house is a real standard ( just like a barratts house) 3 storey town house 4 bedrooms and 122 sq metres in size. The chippy's have done the first fix and the house is ready for the plastering/partitioning. I think that the plasters are overcharging me. Can someone give me a real rough idea of what it would cost to plaster/partition a house of this size
