How come building control know about it, have you opened Pandora's Box and asked them for advice?Generally there is a time limit on building regs for work done in the past, something like 6 years,l. Having said this insulation will make the building cheaper to heat.

We had to apply for change of use and alter the inside of the building.it cost us £250 for there services. What we don't understand is there asking us to alter the existing.
