Im wondering what brick you would recommend for a concrete shed, workshop Im building. I want it to last, be strong enough , and warm to workshop in for quite a few hours . I have considered 100 and 140mm breeze block.

iirc mine is build from medium density concrete blocks - dry lined with 50mm Kingspan in the walls, floor and 100mm in the roof and 3 layer felt with WBP roof deck
