hello i need to box in pipes.
height 7`10"
wid 28"
dept 2 1/2"

How do i do job, novice at DIY.
what type of wood would be best for job.
and would i be best using MDF or PLY.

i would make the cover out of mdf using Assembly-Joint-White- from screw fix this way the fixings will be in side the cover and looks better after painting all fixings on the out side should be counter sunk.

1. you make the cover 2'' wider. Screw sum battens to the wall at each side of the pipes place cover over and fix in to the side of said battens .

2. make cover try to fix between the pipes ( be very careful ) i would only use this if i cant use first method


and at this point a photo of the pipes could be helpful ?
