Looking for a bit of advise please:-

I have a BoilerMate 2000 which is just over 2 years old, at present the radiators aren't warming up however we have got hot water. The only way I can get the heating on is to use the "switch" which isn't ideal.

Has anybody got a idea on what the problem may be and possible solutions (in simple terms please scratch scratch scratch ).

I'm sure someone will come along with some helpful advice, but I think your user name gives the impression you have just *hit yourself!.. Wink

The boiler mate is a thermal store. I;m thinking the pump might've stopped working. Will prob need a callout for someone to access the situation properly.
