I have a new utility room and just wanted to check out a few things, this room is going to house a dishwasher / washing machine / tumble dryer and a boiler, (eco 837 valiant) now i am going to get a NEW ring main from main board because i take it the load of the appliances is prob best on its own circuit? and as for the boiler am i right in thinking this can be spurred off the ring with a 13amp/5amp switched fuse spur?
what are your thoughts?

Mine is - think it's only 3amp for ignition/controls (but obviously check manual for your boiler).
Not had any problems, ever.
